On your picture there is test points everywhere (TP) your JTAG must be there.
Find your JTAG points and connect with testclips, pogo pins or use a socket and jumper wires.

Hello

The dataship i find only the Altera ic but the diagram layer board is impossible becouse is a CPU module by Silicon Graphics very restrictive material, is old 1996 but newer release notting to the public.

I check if the in-out jtag pin in the IC are conect to TP.

Thank you

Hello thanks for replay.

The board is one CPU Mips R12000 PMT5 and not have the attach pin for connect the jtag/spi cable.

I need to leave the Altera EMP7064lc68 mount in one adapter for read and mod the program inside the IC and reput in board. I need to find one adapter for plcc68 and mcumall not have available for 68 pin but only 44 and 84.

Thank you
