is there a 28f102 equivalent that offers read protection via programmer?
i thought i had found one before but could not find a decent supplier.

i am sorry this is wrong forum, but not sure where else to ask this question.

Read protection would kind of defeat the purpose of such memory devices.

No way to do read protect. Only write protect by hardware connection.
