I have a 29C020 which the lower part is locked for writing. I have the GQ-4X with the latest software which says this is a supported part.

I've used the lock dialog to unlock this chip, and it still says it's locked, even trying at the slowest write option.

Has anyone else seen this?

You do know this is an OTP device, right?

Sorry, I posted this very late, and I meant to say 29C020. I've updated the subject to reflect this.
