Hi, I want to copy a Toshiba eprom TC551001BPL-70L but it is not listed on the device list. Is there another chip on the device list I could use to do the copy?

Thanks, but it is some sort of RAM right? will the GQ-4x4 be able to copy it?

Yes, it is static random access memory and you can not copy RAM. Contents of RAM changes all the time, that is why ROM was not chosen.

Yes a RAM test function should not be too hard to implement in the software and would be a good selling point. ZLM?
