I am unable to read flash 39vf6401 .. I was getting an error with the device id and noticed in the device text the was incorrect..have amended that and reading device id correctly now..when I try to read the programmer fails at 50 % and gives an error of " address exceeded range . Internal error.. I have checked and device text and the codesize is 8288608 which is correct
I can read it with 39vf3201 without any errors but the file size is incorrect
Please help

It seems last address bit has problem. This need to be checked in software.

Does it read correctly?

Hi..It will only read as far as 50% then the GQ-4X crashes.. It will read fine when I select 39vf3201
