Does the GQ-4X (Re-2.20) support TC58NVG3S0FTA00 (TSOP-48)? If yes, then what adapter is needed? If no, then programmer suggestions?

Here's a pic of the chip:

If support for this chip is unknown, but possible, then which adapter would it be best to try with?

I purchased a FlashcatUSB xPort, with a TSOP48 (Type-B) adapter for about $50. I suspect it will be a bit slow, but it should get the job done. Also, presales support from Embedded Computers was excellent.
