is there a 28f102 equivalent that offers read protection via programmer? i thought i had found one before but could not find a decent supplier.
i am sorry this is wrong forum, but not sure where else to ask this question. |

No way to do read protect. Only write protect by hardware connection. |

Read protection would kind of defeat the purpose of such memory devices. |
