Hi, I'm having trouble programming TSOP48 am29f016b's on my pcb5.0 willem programmer. Is there a guide out there?

I recently bought an adp-077 top board and an adp-082 base board.

How should the board be connected and what jumpers should be set? Should the adp-082 be set to v1.0 or v2.0? I have the dips set according to the image in 0.97ja. When I try to erase it doesn't seem to work. I blank check and it says chip not empty. What should happen when I press electronic ID? It just says 0x00.

Btw I'm on windows 10 and had to use that weird driver hack thing to make the programmer work. I'm able to program other chips just fine.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I am a newbie in this and would be glad if more light could be thrown on this subject matter. It would be of great knowledge to me.
