M27C256B find as MFG = 00, Type = 00
I can not find never what type eprom

| The 25040 and 93Cxx are seriales devices, therefore your you must choose the serial option when you choose the device |

93CXX on TOP2007 been tested and works fine. So, check your chip position. For TOP2004.
