I have an emp-21 programmer from Needham's electronics that was discontinued a few years ago. I am trying to program an Intel E28F640J3A TSOP56, but don't have the adapter E21-TSOP56-J3 and there is no information available anywhere to determine the pin connections to build the adapter nor anywhere to buy one. Does anyone know if there is a way to determine the pinout for this universal programmer (ex: pin 1 = A1, etc) or would anyone have one of these adapters laying around that could send me the pin configuration? I really appreciate any help or information you can find.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I would love to make one myself, but I just can't find the information. Hopefully someone who sees this will have one laying around to get the pinout or know how I can test the programmer. I'm even trying to figure how to reverse the encrypted dll file.

I think the MCUmall should consider to design a TSOP56 adapter on GQ-4X. It should cover Intel E28F160, E28F320, E28F640.

If someone knows how to test the pins on a universal programmer to determine which signal is present, that would be a great start. Adapters could be easily and cheaply built when data is not available for any programmer. I've taken voltage readings on each pin of my emp-21, but can't seem to find a usable pattern.
