I have seen a few posts about this burner but i have tried several things and cannot get the burner to do a blank check it fails.
I am able to read the original chip but when I try to burn it this comes up: Write Failed, Address=0x000001, Buffer=0xFD Device=0x1C
This is the same error when trying to verify it is blank as well.
The last burner I used was 20 years ago and called a Gangpro 8 but this seemed to be a good way to program 42 pin eproms

Are you certain your device is blank?
