The Serial EEPROM Microchip 93LC46B does not read or program
correctly. This is the 64word * 16 bits version of the chip and it seems
to only read or write the first 8 bits of each location and leaves the
second 8 bits at zero. The standard 93LC46 in the 128 word by 8 bits
version works fine.
Could someone know what reason for this problems,Please let me know as need these chips.
Many thanks
Laurence
