I have a Top2004 programmer, so I use TopWinEN v2.52. It installs windriver 6 version 6.0.3. Recently another tool also uses windriver but installs the current 8.xx version. These apps have epic battles over which version is installed and usually results in many crashes and restarts.

Is there a way to make TopWinEN not complain when a newer version of windriver is installed?
