PLEASE ,THE 2048 PROGRAMMER ,IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND SOFTWARE TOP WIN 1.0 OR 1.39 ITS OK.
SO I CLICK TYPE EPROM , OK AND click ID OK , SO DONT BLANK , READ, AND PROGRAMMING , MESSAGE = CHIP NOT PLACE .
WHY ?

Chip in wrong roientation in ZIF? Chip must be bottom aligned with the ZIF socket.
