i am trying to program a sst 39sf020. i have 2 and both do not work so far with the programmer.
i have the the dip switches correct. it reports the chip as 5v so i left the jumper in on the adapter.

what am i missing?

the zif is locked down with the adpter at the top near the lever.

do i need to set jumper on the programmer?
i have had good luck with a handful of eproms.

There are no jumpers on programmer. Only the DIP switch need to be set based on the picture in the software.

I guess that you are using a wrong adapter. The PLCC32-DIP32 adapter has no jumper on it, which you should use.

The one with voltage jumper is PLCC32-DIP28 adapter, which you should not use.
