Hitatchi HN27C64FP-20T CMOS EPROM OTP SO-28 pkg 8Kx8

I have a GQ-4X Programmer and would like to program these, firstly is it possible and if it is which adapter do i need?

It is possible on GQ-4X.

If your chip is SOIC 28 pin package, then you need a SOIC28-DIP28 adapter.
