I can read ..not write....where is the jumper 5?

You can try to switch J5 between V3/V4.

But how do your know your reading is good? What is the exact error message?

This is the error that I get: error de escritura,direccion:0x000200,buffer:0xc3

It seems your chip has poor pin contacting on A9 (chip Pin 31).
