My GQ-4X stopped working after just a few programmed IC

Tried fresh Install of different OS versions

Programmer is detected by windows, driver installs ok but USBProg hangs when triyng to get hardware version from programmer. Actualy status bar shows something like HW - , Software 6.38

Is there any way of reflash firmware ? where can i get it ?

On the same computer that it worked before?
Try another USB cable and another USB port.

Hi ZLM.

Any pointers to spot fakes? Appart of a China seller.

Would you have A/B pictures?

I suppose the GQ-5X will also be a target for counterfeiters, if not already.

You seem quite confuse.
Is it a new GQ-4X with just a few programmed IC or is it out of warranty?
Do you want to send it or not?
Why would you need a RMA if it's out of warranty?

FYI I need a RMA or whatever reference i can use to track it and avoid it ends lost in your trash can!

If you are part of mcumall, you should introduce yourself as one. In that case, you should address to your clients more politely.

keep your nice work doing nothing to help !

I hope those messages can help new clients!

FYI "A return merchandise authorization (RMA) ... during the product's warranty period." source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Return_merchandise_authorization

It looks like your programmer has been more than three years and passed one year factory warranty period.

You still can send it back for the service and pay some service fee and shipping.

Please write all of those three emails, MCUmall replies all emails.

support@mcumall.com
sales@mcumall.com
order@mcumall.com

even you can send emails to gqelectronicsllc.com too.
