All,

I recently picked up a new GQ-4x4 and it was working fine while I was burning some 2732 chips the other day, but then, all of a sudden, it wouldn't burn any more and would get stuck immediately when it would start the writing process.

I then tried to use a different computer, and it worked again for one chip, and then the same thing happened, and now neither computer will even recognize the programmer at start up. Very frustrating!

I was using Windows XP on the first computer, and the second computer has Windows 11.

I have only used the unit a few times since I got it a few months ago, but I don't know what to do now.

Hopefully the MCU tech can help or let me know if I I got a defective model and can perhaps exchange it.

Thanks,

Jonathan
