I am using Gq-3X. When I am trying to write(Asus A7N266VM bios), it shows an error message "Device write failed at address: 0x000000, Buffer=0x41 Device=0xff". I can read, erase or blank check..but unable to write. Also when clicking on ID, the message is Device ID (Hex):FFFF, Manufacturer: not in library(Device may be damaged), Device type:Not in library. Plz help.

Thanks.

Is it possible with PLCC32 to Dip32 adaptor?

The device need a FWH/LPC+ adapter.
Also, check the contacting of chip pin with the socket.
The jumper on the adapter should on Vpp-ON and TrueUSB position.
