Try this line, it should be better.

Name="SST39VF080",ID="BFD8",Class="SST39LF/VF040",Category="FLASH",MFG="SST",CodeSize="1048576",DIP="100011110101",Adapter="TSOP40A-DIP32",Message="Set the adapter to 5V VCC jumper position.";

OR

Name="SST39VF080_",ID="BFD8",Class="SST39LF/VF040",Category="FLASH",MFG="SST",CodeSize="1048576",
DIP="100011110101",VCC="5V",Adapter="TSOP40A-DIP32",Message="Set the adapter to 3.3V VCC jumper position.";

Please let me know if anyone works.

Read all 0000 means contacting is poor.
Check chip orientation, adapter type. You should be able to get Correct ID before doing anything else.

I've added the device to the list, connect the adapter and it reads only 00000.... from flash. When I disconnect the flash it reads FFFFF...., when its connected it reads: 00000... And the programer can't erase or write, only read.

Connection is OK. Address line, data line. Whats wrong?

Thanks

Add this line to devices.txt:

Name="SST39VF080",ID="BFD8",Class="SST39LF/VF040",Category="FLASH",MFG="SST",CodeSize="1048576",Adapter="TSOP40A-DIP32";

The adapter is needed TSOP40A-DIP32. See TSOP40A base board on adapter: http://www.mcumall.com/comersus/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=4224
