Posted - 05/13/2017 : 05:08:10 My GQ-4X stopped working after just a few programmed IC
Tried fresh Install of different OS versions
Programmer is detected by windows, driver installs ok but USBProg hangs when triyng to get hardware version from programmer. Actualy status bar shows something like HW - , Software 6.38
Is there any way of reflash firmware ? where can i get it ?

Posted - 12/17/2017 : 08:41:03 It looks like your programmer has been more than three years and passed one year factory warranty period.
You still can send it back for the service and pay some service fee and shipping.
Please write all of those three emails, MCUmall replies all emails.

even you can send emails to gqelectronicsllc.com too.
