I am trying to program 24C16 chips and they are all blank. There is no ID Check but when I read it, its all FF. I load my .hex files and try to write it on the chip.
It goes till 100% and then Verify Failed, Address: 0x000000, Device: 0xFF, Buffer= 0x02 shows up.
How do I proceed? I tried cleaning the pins, using different USB ports, reinstalling the drive and software, Has the PSU too.
Any help would be appreciated guys! |

Did you try a lower speed? |
