The device 'S93A56' which in the supported device list, is it S-93A46A/56A/66A series from Seiko Instruments Inc.?

One more question related, what kind of target file format(hex, s19, txt...) supported for this device?

The device has no requirement for the data file format. As long as the software an open the data file and load it into buffer. The software supports .hx, .bin, .rom, .s ....
