Hi –
I am programming a TMS2564JL with an external power adapter on a GQ-4x4. It seems to stop writing half way through. Each time I try only 40% seems to be written. Below details my settings, the verify error, the .BIN file and what is read from the chip after the burn.
Device definition: Name="TMS2564JL",ID="XXXX",Class="2564(25V Vpp)",WVCC="5.5V",WVPP="25V",Category="EPROM",MFG="TI",Speed="3";
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
Thanks!

Thanks. Suggestions on how to check pin 2?
I scoped pin 2 and 27. Pin 2 goes high but 27 never does. Also, when I read in the original chip the second half is also blank. Datasheet: https://bit.ly/2E6JKsz
Also, the Vpp and goes to 22v, is that normal?

Q1) To achieve 25v should I hook a bench power up in series to supply an extra 3v?
Q2) How do I check pin 2? I don't think pin 2 should be used according to the datasheet.
