This chip is in the supported list.
You can just select it from the software.

I know you can read/ write this chipwith GQ-4X. I see that in device menu.
This chip is very specific and not every programer has function to erase this chip. This chip needs to be erase before you want to write it or it has to be new to be able to write it.

My question is can it be erase with GQ-4X?

Just to let you know that GQ-4X does not work on this chip at all.
I have new chip.
It does not read correct, I read chip and all FFFFFFF.First 32 bytes needs to be all "0"s.
it does not erase it at all, and does not write correct.
This chip has special functions to be erase and GQ-4X does not support:
When you erase this chip it needs to be in delivery state.
Delivery State:
The first 32 bytes (incremental registers) are set to all "0"s, 16 words at $0000 The EEPROM memory array $0020-$3FFF set to all $FF. The Status register set to $10

This chip I have it and tested works. Can you send us a testing chip? we can find it out why. Are you using ADP-088? make sure your connection are correct.

I have use ADP-88 and connections are OK .You can not erase chip. This is a main thing on this chip.Programer does not support it.
Every time you try to erase this chip ,
it pops window and says:
"Function not supported on this device or chip do not need to be erase"

Also I try to read chip that has info in it and all FFFFFFFF.

When posting pictures, remove all special chars in file name, keep the file name as short as posible. It accepts only .jpg, .bmp, .png formats images. If you uploaded successfully but no picture displayed, then you can just leave it there, it will be fixed automatically later on.

Here is picture.
You can see that first 32 bytes are FF instead being 00.
Also Erase failed. This is New chip.

Make sure you have a correct connection.

Pin connection see: www.mcumall.com/support/***ADP-088_Connection.html

Remove the *** in above link.

Also, try
1. slower speed.
2. another chip

the top bytes of this chip cannot accept lower values than what it contains. a used chip cannot be reprogrammed if some bytes contains values higher than what you want to write on them.
in the image uploaded by joox777 he tried to change 0x3c by 0x28 (lower value) so the write has failed.
you have to use a new empty chip

The GQ-4X is confirmed to be able to program those chips.

Thanks anniel. This chip first 32 bytes can not be erased. You need an new chip.

Please note:
The latest version GQ-4x4 does not need remapping the connection. The regular SOIC8 adapter ADP-004 works fine. The older version GQ-4X need ADP-088 for remapping the pin connection.
