What do you mean with Universal programmer?
If you are looking for info on a Willem programmer, there are so many variants, with all kind of quirks and problems. mcumall has a limited set of programmers, the True USB and the Dual power Willem programmer, each having a separate section on this board. I am sure you find excellent support here.
If the programmer you are looking for is not covered in this forum, you can have a look at willem.org. Large forum, less helpful support.
Read on that forum there before buying from Willem!
