Hi

I have a question about orders.

Yesterday, i placed an order for true-usb pro CQ-4X and an adapter ADP-55.Order status is "in process".
How long does it take to be shipped?
When does the payement proceed?

Normally it will be shipped in next business day.
Here is the holiday today(Monday). So, it will be shipped tomorrow.

Ok, thank you.

Also, When i placed yesterday an order for the true usb programmer, i found afterward that i needed an adapter for the eprom i want to write.

I cancelled the first order, and placed a new order again for the same usb programmer +the adapter.

So i have a cancelled order, and an order in process.
But, i had to proceed with the credit card for both.
Does the payement for the cancelled order is cancelled as well?
How can i verify it?

once you cancelled an order, the payment will be refund. But it may take 1-2 days.
