Hi to everyone, I'm Daniele from Pesaro, Italy, I bought the GQ 4X4 programmer I have installed software and drivers but my computers (desktop and laptop) do not detect the hardware. When I insert the USB plug the programmer makes the two beeps and the green led turns on, but the PCs do not detect the programmer. In both I have Win 10 x64 and all the drivers are updated.

| Sorry me anniel, but in the device manager the line "other devices" and "unknown device" does not appear. |

Does your GQ-4X appear at all in the device manager? |
