Hi,
I have a problem to write a chip (AM29F400BT) by a psop44! It's the first chip who i write!

My adapter PSOP44 and the chip are well in place with marker! the switch "29F/28F" is on 29F, the other "3v/5v" is on the right! I don't mount A19 cable!

On the soft, i choose device "AM29F400(B)". I arrived to read the chip but i can't write it!
There is a message:
"write error:
Device write failed at address:0X000200, Buffer=0x38 Device=0xeb"

I have an other message in a log in red:
"Set the adapter to 5V jumper position."

I bock to 25%!
The erasing is good, the blank checking is good but the writting stop to 25% ("Device write failed at address: 0X020000,Buffer+0xfa Device=0x05")
I take device on "AM29F400(T)" and i use a power supply on DC!
Why the written stop to 25% whereas the erasing is full(I verified)!??
