I'm using the USB PIC Programmer from eBay. I get an error when I program the PIC.
I'm using the 16F628A PIC with WinPIC800. The programmer shows in Device Manager under COM3.
Here is the Programmer I'm using.

Wrong software!

USe the USBPICPrg.exe software from the download link. The link comes with the programmer.

I lost the link to the program. It is'nt listed on the download page.
