In need of expert advise.

Has anyone tried to flash a phoenix bios (in .wph format/file is 1027kb), using willem programmer? and its working successfully? need to be sure before I will buy this programmer.

what is your BIOS chip type?

There are many uses use those programmers to repaire the motherboard BIOS chip.

bios chip is SST49LF008A.

According to the docs, the PCB60e WILL program that chip.

"SST49LF002A, SST49LF003A, SST49LF004A, SST49LF008A, PMC 49FL008T
W49V002FA, W39V040FA" listed under "Firmware Hub / LPC FLASH"

I just got one off eBay for $49.95 + $14.00 shipping.
It has a ZIF for 32 pin FWH/LPC and includes a PLCC32 adapter.

I intend to program a "standard" BIOS into a Wyse Winterm 3125se to see if it can be made into a low-end PC. Wish me luck!
