Are there any download servers that have the latest TopWinen software other than the server at TY51.com (TOPS headquarters)? I'm in the USA can't download the updates from TY51 because of the extremely slow rates. Their server is so slow that my connection times out. Even if their internet connection were faster, loading a 3Mb file at less than 1kb/sec is not something I want to do. I have hi-speed dsl here.
The latest version seems to be 2.18, but I'll never see it at those download rates.
