 Error while flashing the hex file in pic12f629		  Forum Locked

I am getting an error while downloading the hex file into 12f629 using pic programmer and the error is " The OSCAL value should be in the form of a RETLW[34xx] currently[3Fxx]. Please let me how to resolve this, what should be the correct value of OSCAL and how to enter it.
