I am using Top 2005 with latest software ver 2.21 During troubleshooting I am using it to diagnose some suspect Ics. I found, some of them, as example TTL's family 7490 despite that it is listed in the support list and it is known to me as a working one always tests bad.
How reliable is this test. Is anyone experiencing similar problems? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
