I am trying to program a D8751H using the Dual Power Willem Universal Programmer. I have the MCS-51 adapter board installed on the programmer and the 12V power adapter connected. I can blank check the chip and read the buffer but as soon as I try and program it the software throughs the following error message:
Error at 0x0000000 Chip = 0xFF Buffer = 0x80

Can someone please advise?

Check the chip's ID. You should be able to get correct ID.

Check the DIP switch as well.
