I have a laptop running 32 bit Windows 8.1. This software and programmer were going fine until the hard drive died. I have a new drive and reloaded Windows 8.1 then the program for the GQ-4X and I get the message "Did not get response from programmer." when I open the program.
I've tried to update the drives on the "other device" in the control panel and get:
Did not get response from programmer.
