Hi there.

I have had a GQ-4X for some years now.
I haven't used it in a long time and I have been trying to install it on my windows 7 64bit.

I downloaded the software and plugged in the GQ-4X and the software can't seem to find it.

What is the best way to install the GQ-4X on win 7?

Or is it broken.

If anyone can help me get it working it would be greatly appreciated.

Did you install the drivers?

No, I never had to when I was using win XP.
How do I go about doing that.
