How to maintain the electronic module? Our machine's electronic module is easily damaged, so we want to know how to do better to maintain this electronic module?

To be or not to be.That is a question.

You would be better off ruggedizing your module than maintain it if it's so fragile.

What is your machine's make and model? Module part number? Damage encountered?

You could also try to stop buying Chinese junk and use high quality parts.

1. Cleaning
The first thing that needs to be done is cleaning the module. You should use alcohol wipes to clean off any dirt or dust from the surface. Make sure to wipe down the inside too. If you have a case, make sure to remove it before wiping down the module. After cleaning, let the module dry completely.
2. Heat
You can heat the module using a hair drier or blow dryer. Be careful not to overheat the module. You want to keep the temperature around 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius). This will help prevent damage to the module.
3. Humidity
Make sure to keep the humidity at about 50 percent. This will help prevent moisture build-up inside the module.
