It is possible.
If you can get programming data in any one of following formats: .stapl, .jam, .jbc
Those formats can be generated from Xilinx iMPACT software. |

I need as the first read data from 18v01 and then write to second chip.
but in software i havent 18v01 |

| The software is not able to read from chip. it only can program the chip with data file you provided. |
