hi,
i wish know if there's a way to test a flash memory by Gq 4x4,
i've buyed 10pcs and after solder someone on ecu and trin'to flash it by bdm, the memory aren't flashable.. i work with AM29f800BT90SE,
and thank you to anyone could help me.

Try to flash one of your blank chips directly in the GQ-4X4 and see if it passes the verify step without error.

i've flashed a 29f800 by gq4x4 and the verify data is ok, the first time it had give me an error, after drop the write speed all ok, tomorrow i'll install the flash on the ecu and i'll try it

today i've install the 29f800 and the engine don't start, i've made a recovery from bdm and now it's all ok. A friend on mine say me that i've flashed the memory without swap the byte..... next weekend i'll try on another similar ecu engine.

Yes, some binary files may need to be manipulated before the write.
You can read the working chip and compare with your source file.

It's all ok,how to write upper, the byte must be swapped before write it into the flash memory, if the original bin file it's made by bdm...
