I have owned a GQ-4x4 programmer for over a year now and it has work great. I am currently trying to read a Microchip 24LC25 The programmer select the right part but it just hangs trying to read the part. I am running SW 7.31. Please let me know what I am missing please

7.32 is the latest. DIP or SOIC?
