 Newbie NEC D2732D error on programming		  Forum Locked

Have a Top2004 and trying to do my first programming. It reads the chip just fine but gets this error when trying to program clean new chips - 000000:Error! (file=3a,chip=ff)

What am I doing wrong???

Something wrong with programmer. It needs repair.
