Hi, I need some advice on programming atmel's ATTiny2313 and ATmega8. I got the GQ-4X and its telling me i need a AVRISP Connection. I just need to program a few .hex's to these atmel devices. What do i need program them using my GQ-4X?.
ATTiny2313 doesn not need the AVRISP. You can program it on the ZIF socket.
The ATmega8 you need to connect the VCC and VDD and a crystal is you enabled the external OSC. And then connect the AVRISP pins to programmer ZIF as showed in the software.
