The programmer should be able to read it. Do you have datasheet?
No, not found |

No way to read a 2508 (2532 pin compatible) at all I just got "FF" all along the memory.
I've also tried an adaptator like this picture to read it as if it were a 2732, but it won't works :
And I'm sure the ship is fully functionnal because it cames from a calculator who works perfectly in my car.
I've tried with a NS27S181 and an AM27S181ADC (2508 compatibles) : not good.
Is it normal that for 2532, 2732 and almost any PROM of this kind, the software tell to put the same switches on (1, 6 and 8) ? |

Posted - 01/18/2008 : 09:33:55 OK, thank you. So read-only for 2532.
But what about my old poor 2508 ? :) |

Posted - 01/17/2008 : 14:15:07 GQ-2X only read the 2532. But GQ-3X is able to read, but write only works on some batch chips. |
