How do i use this adapter with the GQ-3X to program 16F685??

the adapter is not labeled, so i dont know where to put wires, and dont know where to put chip in socket. need instructions or diagram.

1.place the chip in the ZIF socket and lock the handle.
2.connect the 5 jumper wires from programmer ICSP header to the correspondent pin beside the ZIF socket.
