I have a GQ-3X programer and know when I try to burn 27C256 eprom at 51% gives the error write failed adress=0x004023, buffer=0x05 device=0x00 even if i change eproms I allready tried two.

If bothe chips failed at different location, then check the chip pin contact in ZIF socket.
Also, use slower speed or try use a external power see if it makes different.

Does programmer program any other chips?
