Hi again me ,
i setup your sending 4.x program and i try 28f160 and 39vf160 but i have an error . At 28f error you know .
at 39vf160 , when i try to read id this chip sometimes sst 39vf160 sometimes FFFFF some times sst not library ...
i programmed 29lv160attc and 29w800 flash 8/16bit adaptor and i havent any mistake. read erase write and verify ok but 16 bit chips (28f and 39vf) i got errors. generally i can read but not erase and write.
my programmer or adaptor have and hardware errors? |

can you take a close look picture on your chip in adapter with the programmer?

i have same problem cant program the intel te28f160 cb3.
i only program one with the 39vf160 configuratio, then i try to program another chip and dont work
check and recheck configurations everyting ok 3 6 jumper on 28fxx ok 19 20 21 ok coclusion programers have failures!!!!! |

I got one TE28F160CB3 chip for testing. and I tested it on both GQ-3x and GQ-4X. Both are succeed without any problem on "TSOP48 16 bit adaper V2.0" So the sofrware Re4.0Beta3 has no problem.

Please check the Vcc jumper is on the 3.6 V position, the chip jumper on the 28FX00 position, A19,A20,A21 are connected.
I do not have 39vf160 for testing.
