I figured out Options and Oscillator Select but don't have any idea of "Number Settings"

Can anybody knows what the number settings means?
Thank you

That wasn't problem it was from different portion..
When I change the portion of 3fe, the writer says "it's done". however, when I read it back from the chip, it wasn't burned
the data I want to put is "347c"

What is your means "it is not working"? Th ID is no part of yor code, you need to set it manually.

12f675
I read the datasheet of 12f675..
According to this, Only the Least Significant 7 bits of the ID locations are used
So, I set "00 00 00 FF 00 FF 00 FF" on "00002000"
However, it's not working
am I wrong?

You need to read the datasheet of your chip.
What is your chip part number?
