hello together,
iam trying to write a PM39LV040-70C:

Adp022-Adapter
H/W Re: GQ-4X Re-1.10
USB Driver Re.1.0
Software Re. 4.01

ID:ok
Erase:ok
Blankcheck: ok

but everytime it it writes just to 25% and it doesnt go on.
I tried every speed,but same result!

after changing the zif socket and cleaning the intenal usb controller chip,i can read,erase and write the chip without problems.

If the chip is demaged, then it may use more power than good one. The external power will provide more DC power.

It may be the software related.
Can you try on the different software version?-------ihave Software Re. 4.01 only ,do you have another softw version?
Do you have another same type chip for testing?------- no :(
the chip is a low volt version,the usb power is not enough?

There is no error message!
the programmer stands fix by 25%.
all other funktion like ,get ID,erase and blankcheck are ok.
pin contact are clean and ok

-What is the exact error message? copy and paste here.
-clean all pins of chip and adapter, make sure all pins are contacting good.
